Whether you are transferring from a community college or a four-year college or university, we'll make your transition as seamless and easy as possible.
Transfer students are an important part of our community—we enroll about 1,000 each year—and we want you to feel at home here! We offer great programs like Transfer Tuesdays, which help new transfer students learn about CCSU, make friends, share information, and find the support they need to become a part of the Blue Devil family.
Plus, each of our four schools—Business; Education & Professional Studies; Engineering, Science & Technology; and Liberal Arts & Social Sciences—offers a student-support advising center dedicated to helping students succeed academically. And it's working. Transfer students earn some of CCSU's highest GPAs and have exceptionally high graduation rates!
Here's a simple web utility to show you which of your credits are likely to be accepted at Central. While generally accurate, the results are not official. All equivalencies will be validated upon your acceptance to CCSU. Please consult the online Undergraduate Catalog for transfer policies and additional information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office of Recruitment and Admissions (860.832.CCSU) or via e-mail at email@example.com.
