CCSU hosted its second Rainbow Breakfast on Oct. 12 at Alumni Hall. The event encourages LGBTQ pride and awareness, while members of the campus community share their coming-out stories. Keynote speaker Daniel Trust (above; at podium), a survivor of the Rwandan genocide of the mid-1990s, discussed his own coming-out experience and the work he has done in the U.S. as an advocate for LGBTQ youth.
