Cassandra's passion lies in encouraging women and men of all shapes, sizes and life stages to exercise seriously and with purpose.
She holds her doctorate (PhD) in Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Connecticut and is a Registered Dietitian (RD). She’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN). She’s well-known for her training in low-carbohydrate diets, nutrition for fat loss, and all aspects of female health.
From 2010 to 2015, she ran her own large group fitness facility in Connecticut, which transformed the bodies of hundreds of women and men across the state.
