Through the New England Regional Student Program, CCSU now offers all New England Residents the opportunity to study in any of our academic programs at a fraction of the out-of-state tuition rates. As the first public university in the state of Connecticut, and the largest in the Connecticut State College and Universities System, CCSU is proud to offer the lowest tuition in the state for a four-year degree.
