As part of its commitment to educational excellence and access, CCSU works to keep tuition low and to provide a robust financial aid program that has grown to more than $100 million annually. As a result of our aggressive fundraising to support students, the University now provides $1.4 million in scholarship funds annually to nearly 900 students. We also offer the Central Payment Plan, which enables students to make tuition payments in up to five installments.

We know a college education is a big investment. It's worth it, and college tuition funds are more accessible than you might think. Last year, Central awarded more than $10 million in financial aid to transfer students. Get started by filling out a FAFSA form. (Use Federal School Code 001378.)
For more information and downloadable financial aid forms, visit the Financial Aid Department website or call (860) 832-2200.
The CCSU Foundation, in conjunction with various departments across campus, administers scholarship funds annually. Incoming and transfer students will be offered scholarships through the admissions process. For continuing students there is an annual application which occurs in late fall for the following academic year.
The scholarship application period for academic year 2017/2018 is closed. Students may apply for scholarships to be awarded in academic year 2018-'19 in November 2017.
