Tuition & Aid
As part of its commitment to educational excellence and access, Central Connecticut State University works to keep tuition low while providing a robust financial aid program that has grown to more than $100 million annually. Aggressive fundraising to support our students allows the University to provide $1.4 million in scholarships to nearly 900 students each year. We also offer the Central Payment Plan, which enables students to make tuition payments in up to five installments.

We know a college education is a big investment. It's worth it, and college tuition funds are more accessible than you might think. Last year, Central awarded more than $10 million in financial aid to transfer students alone. Get started by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA). (Use Federal School Code 001378)
The CCSU Foundation, Inc., in conjunction with various departments across campus, administers scholarship funds annually. Incoming and transfer students are offered scholarships through the admissions process. Each year, continuing students must submit an annual application in late fall for the following academic year.
