CCSU places third in state in WalletHub rankings

CCSU placed third in the state in WalletHub’s 2019 College and University Rankings released on Oct. 22.

To determine the best higher-education institutions in the U.S., WalletHub compared 951 colleges and universities across seven areas: Student Selectivity; Cost & Financing; Faculty Resources; Campus Safety; Campus Experience; Educational Outcomes; and Career Outcomes.

Coming in at first in Connecticut is Yale University, with the University of Connecticut ranked second. Central was followed in the rankings by Quinnipiac University (4); University of Bridgeport (5); University of Hartford (6); Southern Connecticut State University (7); and University of New Haven (8).
