Dr. Matthew Orange has been an Assistant Professor of Anatomy & Physiology in the Department of Physical Education & Human Performance at Central Connecticut State University since the fall semester of 2014. Prior to that, he served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Health Sciences Department at Gettysburg College. Dr. Orange has published various, peer-reviewed articles within his areas of research interest, which include understanding the physiological processes of cancer progression, improving diagnostic procedures, determining the processes governing cell and tissue repair, and advancing standard measures of strength and endurance performance. He holds a B.S. from Gettysburg College and a Ph.D. in Physiology and Integrative Biology from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and the Rutgers University Graduate School-New Brunswick.
