CCSU students participated in a 10-day course abroad experience in Ghana, Africa. The undergraduate and graduate students taught math and other content to pupils at the Smile Academy School in Lolito, a small village in the Volta Region in Ghana. As part of the Math 307 Ethnomathematics course, the CCSU students will contribute math lessons to the Global Math Stories website (www.globalmathstories.org).
