CORE-CT Self Service Time Entry

CORE-CT is the State of Connecticut's system for payroll, financials and human resources. It has a Self Service module which is an automated, web-based time entry system that allows you to record time worked and leave time. Hours worked and leave time taken may be submitted through CORE-CT Self Service on a daily basis or bi-weekly basis.

How to Access:

Go to CentralPipeline for Faculty & Staff or Students; click on CORE-CT Time Entry System link; enter assigned user ID and the password specific for this system. Or, click here to go directly to the CORE-CT System.

How to Request:


Service Availability:

  • Monday through Sunday 4am to 8pm from any computer with Internet access.

Additional Information:

  • New employees will be assigned their user ID and temporary password approximately two weeks after the date of hire. The first time logging into the system, a user profile with a security question must be set up in order to use the (Forgot Your Password) feature.
