Mathematica Software

Mathematica is a symbolic mathematical computation program, sometimes called a computer algebra program, used in many scientific, engineering, mathematical, and computing fields. 

How to Request and Access:

CCSU has volume licensing for Mathematica.  

Windows PC's:

Campus Classrooms and Labs: Pre-installed on all computers.
Faculty and Staff Offices: For CCSU computers, Mathematica is available for install from Software Center (PC's) or Self Service (Mac's) or contact the Help Desk to request (860)832-1720 or email techsupport@ccsu.edu.

Mac's:

Campus Classrooms and Labs: Request using the service request form.

  1. Go to www.ccsu.edu/it and click on Service and Equipment Requests. 
  2. Login with email address and password.
  3. Search for "Software Installation".
  4. Complete the form; click Review & Submit; confirm the information and click Submit.
