The University has contracted with an outside vendor to scan paper mail and deliver it electronically to the addressed department or employee.
How to Access:
Scanned mail addressed to departments will be placed in the P:\ drive access in the Secure Enclave. Scanned mail addressed to individuals will be placed in a folder named "ScannedMail" in your OneDrive.
How to Request:
To opt-in to having your mail scanned and delivered electronically, please complete the Mail Scanning Opt-in Request form. You will need to use your BlueNet account username and password to log in to complete the form (you may need to prefix your username with ccsu_comp_srv\ in order to log in from off campus). For departmental mail scanning, only one person should submit the request on behalf of the department.
