Copy Center Submissions using PaperCut

In October 2021, the Copy Center introduced a new print management system called PaperCut that will streamline the process for submitting and billing print requests to the Copy Center. PaperCut offers more features, with better accessibility, at a lower cost to the university. Existing Copy Center users will only need use their CCSU email/Office 365 account to get started with PaperCut. 

How to Access:

You can use the PaperCut system directly from the Copy Center web page on a CCSU or personal computer on or off-campus. 

If you have submitted jobs to the Copy Center in the past, use your CCSU email/Office 365 account to access the system. Click here to access the Copy Center web page.

If you have never submitted jobs to the Copy Center, look at the instructions below for requesting a Copy Center account.

How to Request:

  1. Go to 
  2. Login with email address and password.
  3. Search for "Papercut".
  4. Complete the form; click Review & Submit; confirm the information and click Submit.

After the form is completed, it goes through a routing process that includes Budget approval and creation of the account. It could take up to 5 days to complete the process.

The Copy Center has moved to the Marcus White Annex, inside of TechCentral (formerly the Student Technology Center.

The new process with be piloted through June 30, 2022. After that, feedback will be requested, to decide the next steps.
