New Employee - Supervisor Information
CCSU maintains a "least privilege access" policy to ensure sensitive data is only accessed by authorized personnel. This page serves to provide a resource to supervisors so that proper access can be set up for new employees.

How to Request
- BlueNet Account Request - supervisors (or their delegates) need to log in with their BlueNet account to submit this request. Required information to submit a new BlueNet account for a new employee is their 8-digit Banner ID number.
Once the new employee has activated their BlueNet account, they can then request additional access, if applicable to their job duties:
- Banner/Hyperion Access - this must be submitted by the employee. Once submitted, the supervisor will receive an email to log in to the Banner/Hyperion Account Request system to approve the request. Once the supervisor's approval is received, the request must be approved by the Banner Coordinating team. Once access has been granted, the employee is notified by the Help Desk via e-mail.
- ImageNow/WebNow Access - this must be submitted the employee. Once submitted, the supervisor will receive an email to log in to the ImageNow/WebNow Account Request system to approve the request. Once the supervisor's approval is received, the IT Department creates the account and notifies the user.
