Services include assistance in accessing the campus wired and wireless network, virus and spyware removal, remote application configuration, assistance with CCSU's online systems, software assistance and more.

Limited Support: Limited (best effort) support is provided to devices with older operating systems or other Internet browsers. Operating systems must be licensed versions.
Unsupported: Computers with outdated operating systems that are no longer supported, as they are considered unsafe to connect to the campus network.
