Career Development Center
The Career Development Center (CDO) offers support for students looking for employment opportunities by assisting with resumes, cover letters, career searches, and interview preparation both during their studies and after graduation. CDO also works with employers looking for candidates for their organization, which can help students involved with CDO keep tabs on who is hiring for specific positions and when they are looking to hire.
C.J. Huang Recreation Center
At the C.J. Huang Recreation Center one of our main goals is to give students the resources to achieve physical and mental wellness. We provide wellness and healthy lifestyle-oriented programs, events, and services to students.
Drop-In Child Care Center
The Drop-In Child Care Center provides high-quality, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate educational experiences for children ages 3-12, that is easily accessible and supportive of the needs of CCSU students, faculty, and staff.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office’s top priority is to make your college education affordable and an investment in yourself. Financial Aid is available for full- and part-time students.
Learning Center
The Learning Center (TLC) provides academic coaching, tutoring, and other learning support services. Take advantage of intervention options, study skills workshops, placement testing, and events to help you sharpen and learn other skills to improve your chances of academic success.
Office of Veterans Affairs
The Office of Veterans Affairs assists veterans, service members, and their dependents with the transition from military to civilian campus culture. Veterans Affairs provides support to the veteran community by creating a place to study, network, access services, eat lunch, share conversations, and participate in the Student Veterans Organization activities. We also help ensure you take full advantage of the full VA educational benefits available to you.
Student Disability Services
Student Disability Services works to ensure the CCSU campus is accessible to all students. We do this by offering assistive technologies & locations, workshops, phone apps, software, tools, and resources. Our goal is to help you succeed.
Student Wellness Center: Health Services
The Student Wellness Center: Health Services provides routine medical care to full- and part-time students and does not charge for office visits. A small charge may apply to lab tests, immunizations, treatments, and prescription medications.
Student Wellness Center: Counseling Services
The Student Wellness Center: Counseling Services offers mental health counseling, as well as a range of services designed to support academic success and help students resolve emotional, inter-personal, behavioral, and other personal challenges.
Writing Center
The Writing Center offers free, one-on-one tutoring to the CCSU community. In our sessions, we provide resources, strategies, and techniques for writing across disciplines and genres.
