Transfer Orientation

Transfer students are important members of our CCSU community. CCSU supports the transition of transfer students to the University through group and individual advising sessions, as well as Transfer Student Orientation Programs. Please visit Undergraduate Advising to learn more about advising processes for transfer students, how to prepare for a meeting with an academic advisor, and how you will be able to sign up for a Transfer Student Advising session.

Transfer Student Orientation
Transfer Student Orientation sessions occur in January for new Spring 23 admits, and through the summer for Fall 2023 admits. At Transfer Orientation, students will participate in an engaging and active resource panel with various stakeholders across campus, be able to connect one on one with additional support office across campus, and meet other transfer students as well as Orientation Leaders and peers. Learning about CCSU technology, obtaining a Student ID and parking pass also occurs at these programs.
