Students in good standing may opt to design and propose a major course of study with the help of an academic advisor. Proposals must demonstrate that the university's current major programs do not fulfill the student's intended course of study. Special studies students must draw on existing courses to craft their program and meet all academic requirements of the University. An academic committee will grant final approval of the proposal.
