Program Description

For students and working professionals interested in managing technology oriented organizations, provides the tools to help graduates become innovative leaders and managers. Covers skills needed to manage product life cycles, manage operations including facilities and resources, understand how to create "Lean" working environments, and learn how to lead project and problem-solving teams.

Learning Outcomes

Graduate students in the program will be expected to:

  1. Demonstrate the knowledge required to select the techniques, skills, and modern tools to manage the life cycle of a product or service;
  2. Show knowledge of the management of operations, including facility, requirements, and resource planning;
  3. Display the knowledge vital to create a “Lean” working environment;
  4. Exhibit the knowledge required to be an innovative leader and manage a diverse workforce, facilities, and lead project and problem solving teams.
