The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) presented Alyssa Vezina, a senior Graphics Technology major at Central, with its 2023 Student Employee Award during ACUI's regional conference. The award recognizes students who regularly demonstrate a commitment to the mission and goals of the union/department where they work and make a substantial contribution to their campus.
Vezina has worked at the Central Student Center since 2019, and she was the recipient of the Student Center’s Rising Star award within her first year of employment. Currently serving as the operations manager for Technical Support, Vezina now manages a team of 13 student employees.
