Draft should include:4-8 page narrative (8 pages for Standard 4)
Discuss how Central continues to meet each Standard
Address any significant changes since the comprehensive evaluation;
Incorporate the mileposts that have been identified in each Standard
Support the narrative with evidence incorporating contextualized analysis and appraisal
Comment on noteworthy trends observed in the Interim Report Forms (OIRA website)
Draft Format:Report should be in narrative format
1) DescriptionBriefly describe how the institution measures its effectiveness
2) Findings & AnalysisInclude supporting data and summaries of data analyses conducted by the institution. As appropriate, refer to the Making Assessment More Explicit (E series) Forms and the Interim Report Forms for Standard 8.
Include supporting data and summaries of data analyses conducted by the institution (contact Yvonne Kirby).
Reference the OIRA website as needed
Discuss what the institution has learned and how it has used or will use the results for the improvement of the academic program and services for students and in internal and external communications.
3) Appraisal and Projection:Include Central’s own evaluation of its success
Include Central’s plans to make further progress in the achievement of educational effectiveness.
